Kunal Makwana is a body transformation specialist based in London with a track record of helping real people with real lives achieve outstanding results. He has always been passionate about health and fitness with his interests starting at a young age with his love for sports, leading to his studying Sports Psychology at university and gaining a keen interest in training and nutrition. Since working in the fitness industry, Kunal has helped transform the lives of hundreds of men and women working with 600 people so far in his career as a transformation coach. His passion for Psychology and learning the mindset behind attaining excellence has been a strong contributor to his rapid growth in both his personal and professional career.
